Franklin and Santa-- The Play by Play

Earlier this holiday season, Franklin met Santa. Things started off well:

He was clearly curious about the jolly ol' elf in the big red suit....

So when it was his turn to take a seat on Santa's lap, I was confident my big boy would do just fine. WRONG! Things went rapidly downhill. Franklin's Santa experience, in pictures:

A new trend...

I'm just not quiiiite sure about the whole socks with sandals idea, kinda reminds me of sitting by the pool at a retirement home in Florida-- but maybe I'm in the minority. Do you think you'll sport the socks and sandals trend?
